The Coalition for a Better Sonoma County is in the process of preparing a multitude of resources that will provide the interested community with important information. These resources will include Action Alerts, information about your elected representatives, information on pending issues that will effect all of us, useful links, and historical information. We also print and distribute a regular Newsletter, which is available on line, below.

To adequately provide all the information we need to effectively guide our County in the right direction, we will be relying on all of you! Please contact us with any information you have that we should disseminate.

We are pleased to announce publication of our Winter 2006 Newsletter!

This Winter, we have news about Coalition members running for office in 2006, an article about the Accountable Development Coalition's efforts and successes in Santa Rosa's Railrroad Square, an announcement and schedule for the Coalition's Candidate Training taking place on February 25th, and a short article on the SMART rail initiative.

Our Newsletter will report on news that matters to members of the Coalition – updates on issues we believe in, reports on the local political landscape, and news and information about candidates we support. Submissions and photographs are always welcome; contact us for information on how to submit articles.

We recommend that you check the agenda for your city or the County, so you can see what decisions your elected representatives are and have made. Both agendas and minutes are usually on line. Along with the link for the jurisdiction, below you will find almost all of the elected representatives with email links, except for Rohnert Park and Sonoma, which we hope to provide shortly. We strongly recommend that you let your elected representatives know how you feel – politely, of course – about issues confronting them.
